BaoCom has a team of friendly and dedicated technical team with wide experience in the following technical solutions;

  • PC maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Networking and cabling solutions
  • Software solutions
  • Information and Communication Technologies(ICT) solutions especially for
    development work.

Some of BaoCom’s technical assignemnts include support to the smooth running of the Open Knowledge Network in Anglophone Africa. The tasks include support to software trials, maintenance of the servers for collaborating organistaions (hubs) and troubleshooting at the field sites.
This project covers Kenya, Zimbabwe, Uganda and South Africa. It’s coordinated by One World International, UK with support from DfID and CIDA under the Digital Opportunities TaskForce (DOTForce).
